Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had sex on the 4th of July and then got the Ella pill on the 5th. Was due my period on the 21th of July and I still havent got it, it’s now been 2 weeks but I done a pregnancy test and it came up negative so I don’t understand what is wrong?
