Asked for Female, 17 Years

Hi. My problem is about my period. In january it was late for 8 days and in february i didn't even have it. I did blood test and everything is okay, I first thought that I have anemia. I'm virgin but i did pregnancy test too and it was negative which is normal. What can be my problem?
