Asked for Female, 17 Years

Hi, my period is about a week late. I was not sexually active when it was it first occured to me that my period is late. Afraid that it would come for prom night, I took birth control for two days and used a condom during intercourse. I'm almost positive I'm not pregnant. I'm very bloated and I can feel cramps, but there's no bleeding. I've been bloated and cramping for 4-5 days. I usually have short and light periods that come on time. What's wrong?
