Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi I had a sex twice in a month and both the time I have taken the ipill but still my periods are 18 days late and my pregnancy test is also negative is their is a chance of pregnancy or its a size effect of ipills. and 1 month ago I was suffering from lungs infection so was on the high dose of medicines so it can be also be a reason of my late period?????
