Late on third period after Ipill. Case?

I took an Ipill on 24th December and got my period for a day on Jan 7 with cramps and stomach pain. I got my second period on 14th February which lasted for 3-4 days. Today is 27th of March and I haven't gotten my period yet which is making me doubt whether the bleeding on the last two months were due to implantation or were they regular periods. I am a lean person whose regular period lasts only for 3-4 days and hence what occurred seemed pretty normal to me except the period on Jan which came for like a day. I'm usually late on my periods but this time i'm late by about 13 days so I thought of clearing the confusion of implantation bleeding and regular period. What are the chances of pregnancy in this case? There are no symptoms of pregnancy, however i've been feeling somewhat cramp like in my stomach since two weeks and there is vaginal dryness which tends to occur before periods start.
