Late on my periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am late on my periods and i came across an article on ovary cancer. And my late periods never happened before I am 22 years old though the article said it mostly happen after meno pause. And some the symptom matched mine. Can you help me with sure sure signs of ovary cancer and how can i deal with it.
