Late/ missed periods

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I got my last period on 11th January. My last cycle w was also 62 days and i had gotten my periods after completing the prescribed meprate course. I've not had my periods this cycle. Can i do the same meprate course to get them back? I've taken 3 upts, all tested negative on day 4, day 11 and day 16 of being late. I haven't had unprotected sex, always used condoms and they haven't torn or ripped either. What could be causing the delay?
