Asked for Female, 23 Years

I'm 23 and unmarried . Me and my boyfriend made love . I was supposed to get my periods around 15th this month but I still didn't. I'm really worried now . I'm scared to even do a upt .What if I am pregnant? Or should I wait and then do the test ? I have slight breast tenderness. But I'm not sure if it is pre menstural syndrome or if it's a symptom of early pregnancy !!! What do I do if I'm pregnant ? I'm really scared to approach a gynaecologist coz I don't want to be judged !! Please help me!
