Last finger bulged(a little) and pains

Asked for Male, 36 Years

The last and small finger has inflammation at its base due to which I am unable to bend the finger like my other hand. It pains when I try to use the finger to grip/bend. I do not remember getting hurt. What is this condition? Help!
