Minimum age is 18 years worldwide. But that's not the only criteria . Some of the others are :
- stable glass /contact lens prescription for around a year
- healthy cornea , confirmed by eye testing ,specially topography
- your eye power should match corneal thickness that can be used for doing LASIK.
cost varies from place to place , and depends on the procedure u opt for like PRK , LASIK , OR SMILE. BLADELESS , FEMTO ASSISTED ,ETc.

Children are not eligible for LASIK
Hi , minimum age is 21 ,, two reasons for that . One is the power becomes stable usually around 21 and the other reason Is the patient is mature enough to undergo a surgery which is done under topical anaesthesia .( only drops )
