It will be better to get complete recovery after septo/ rhinoplasty then go for lasik. Ideally after one month of septoplasty you can go for lasik. There is no complications as such associated with lasik

There are no such hard and fast guidelines for this but I'd advise waiting atleast a month as lasik is a cosmetic surgery and you'll require atleast 1 month to recover from your Septoplasty.
There are no medical complications, but you'll be stressed as both surgeries require multiple medications in the form of tablets, eye drops, nasal sprays, etc. And you'll also require multiple multiple hospital visits
For your physical and mental comfort,
I'd advise you to go for LASIK/SMILE only after you completely recover from Septoplasty, or
Get LASIK or SMILE first, and then go for Septoplasty after 1-2 weeks, as recovery time of lasik is less
