Asked for Female, 24 Years

My doctor has suggested me for blade-free laser treatment for eyes as my eye power is very high (-8 and -9 diopters of right and left eye resp) ..is it suitable ? are there any side-effects of this? and cost of this is very high..around seventy-five thousand..is it that much costly?
