Laroscopy done i have not concieved yet

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Because of endometriosis I had gone through laproscopy surgery last Dec after that we tried for baby normally and now through IOI but I haven't conceivef my fallopian tubes are also open and my husband's sperm quality is also good. But I have not conceived yet . What Will be the reason why I am not conceiving
