Large blood loss 1st period after birth
I had my youngest daughter 2 months ago and had a very hard labor. ER doctor had to rush up to pull her out after she crowned at 6.5cm as my back and ability to push gave out. Lots of bleeding but "no hemorrhage". For the next 6 weeks I had muscle tissue in large masses come out. Doc said no worry.
Now I got my period. Bleeding through super plus in under 40 minutes for the last 24 hours. Doc said ibuprofen. Still bleeding. Im cold. Dizzy. Nauseas. And super pale. Doc said im fine over thephone

No u r not fine...go to hospital immediately and get urself examined..
U may even need to do blood tests and an ultrasound..
You could be hvng anemia and infection or subinvolution..
Dnt ignore..go to ER at the earliest
