I am following a protocol from last 5 year , in every six month interval I do some health test as TSH, LIPID PROFILE, SUGAR,H1BAC ECG These test are quite normal From last 3 month I am observing that my resting heart beat remains  above 90, so I did ECG , When doctor observed ECG says LEFT ANTERIOR HEMIBLOCK is it normal or something serious , I am feeling no symptoms little bit , My weight is 99 kg and 6 feet height In past I have taken propanolol for a very long time for chronic migraines pain, In june 2020 I have done ECG but at that time ECG was normal , I want to know propanolol has impacted on my heart

Hi. Propranolol taken long ago will not affect now. Check your blood pressure. Nothing to worry. Reduce your weight and go daily walking for 30 minutes.
