Breast milk stool is not formed stool but is semi solid and can  be once in 4-5 days or even 10 -12 times in a single day .It should not be mistaken for diarrhea and treated likewise.Though there is no harm in giving probiotics and zinc, breast feeding should be continued.Only if the stool changes colour, becomes watery and foul smelling,is there a cause for concern

Hi, How old is your son? Since you are breast feeding, you stop taking milk and milk products. If baby is more than 6 months, give rice based diet and plenty of liquids for hydration.
Next Steps
Since stools shows leukocytes, consult a nearby paediatrician for antibiotics.
