A very insightful question.
Lactaire capsule contains a combination of ayurvedic/herbal ingredients that help naturally with augmenting breast milk production. How it works is not very understood or studied but it does the job when you take it twice or thrice daily for 1 to 2 weeks max. From experience, it does not lead to weight gain in the mother, on the contrary when you continue to breastfeed, it aids in weight loss.
