I delivered a boy baby before 2 months. From the day one I suffered a lot for milk secretion. For one month my baby was ebf . In night time he cries a lot. I thought some other problems later came to he cried for hunger but my milk is not enough. His weight gain was low so started formula feed. I took perinorm, lactcare, lactway granules, galact granules but no improvement. Please tell me some solution. I am very depressed because of this. Please help me.

Post delivery care is not proper. Need to explore that specific cause in your lifestyle. This may be food or sleep related style.

2 or 3 tsp of jira soaked minimum 4 hr.
Grind this soaked jira with same soaked water.
add 3 tsp of jaggery powder
add 5 tsp of melted ghee
together boil well
when it comes to warm , add warm milk around 200 ml
drink this jira milk as your night food
no other food or water or drink advised along with this.

within 24 hrs. breast milk should increase and you feel better digestion.
