Lactation issue
I am 38 yrs old , delivered a baby girl 8 months back. I could not breastfeed the baby becoz of slow milk production and baby was also premature and unable to suck. I hv hypothyroidism for which i m taking 125mcg eltroxin.I took shatavari 2+2+2 and leptaden 2+2+2 with approx 3 litre of fluids. This helped me to extract 30ml breastmilk every morning till Dec 2017. But due to some personal problems, i became careless with my medicines and pumping and fluid intake. As a result my milk supply has now come down to 2 ml. My query is
1. Can i relactate
2. What should i do to hv good breast milk supply again
