Lactation diet
Hello, I am a lactating mother of 2 months baby girl. Could you let me know if I can have chocolate rarely or is it totally no no in my diet? Also let me know if I can have foods prepared using oil because my mom and in law are under the impression that I must eat foods prepared only out of ghee else the baby catches cough. Is this true? Kindly advice.

Hi. No problem with eating chocolate. Regarding ghee, you can have ghee in your diet, but in moderation. Dr Sachin Dalal
