I delivered my premature twins in 7th month. They were in NICU for 2 months. And I have been struggling to produce milk so I started pumping at home.Month after month there was a considerable increase but now at 4th month my milk is reduced and their hunger seems to increase so I am formula feeding which seems to satisfy them. I have a history of pcod, diabetes and thyroid.i am taking fenugreek moringa lactare tablets and powder but nothing seems to work. Can I take perinorm for the second time
