My son has fever from 6days. He has dengue fever. Now he doesn't have fever from yesterday night. Test reports shows IgM-positive IgG-negative NS1 antibodies-positive Platelet count-93,000 He has red spots which look like rashes from yesterday night. He is taking medications CLAVOGARD-625 and DOMPERIDONE 10mg what should I do now?

Keep him well hydrated dengue can  get serious when fever settles  so visit a pediatrician when needed

Improve his hydration.once fever settles in dengue, watch for any worsening like vomiting,stomach pain , loose stools ,less urination and excessive fatigue or drowsiness and bleeding from skin and other places.if any warning signs seek emergency  treatment. Monitor  plateletcount, pcv
