L/E CRVO. Blurred vision and diabetic
Patient is diagnosed recently with diabetes and one eye has blurred vision and there is pain also in that eye. Is Anti VEGF injection required and what is the cost of the same.

Hello.. Get his fundus or retina examined. If there is macular edema,then injection is required

If there is Macular edema, yes Anti-VEGF are required and if associated with neovascularisation then need for pan Retinal photocoagulation
