Hello these tablets help in polycystic ovaries,regularising periods n also give u contraceptive benefits..yes u can but just don’t skip any dose.

The contraceptive benefits starts after 7 days if you starting it from day 5
The days prior are not covered with protection
Hence it is advisable to take it from day one so that you get the contraceptive benefit from the day 1
