I have gone through your attached discharge summary.
But as of now you need to get the knee checked out by a orthopedician.
Get a x-ray done and if needed a MRI will also be asked to do.
Kindly consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.

yr attached photo,is hardly visible, what do u mean by serious ill,did u get X ray knee jt, done, quest. is not clear at all as attached pct is not visible .
