I ran a marathon on 23 july n since then i have terrible knee pain i did icing warm water evrything but the pain doesnt go its on and off whole my knee pains n mostly inner side of the knee is paining if i put more pressure it pains more i am unable to weight bear my knee and unable to climb the stairs with full presure on the knee kindly help what should i do
