Knee pain both knees
I have a knee pain both the knees...doing exercise for 3 months done needling also but no improvement...mri report shows meniscus injury on one and i have a xray of joint...please suggest me what to do...? Can do video calling physiotherapy. But please tell me what my x ray shows..and what i could be suffering from ?

Xray shown reduce in space…u go to physio clinic n take treatment like electro therapy & once swelling n pain reduce start exercise according by your doc..video calling Physiotherapy not possible in your case..

Only exercises and dry needling wont help, you need to go with electrotherapy to reduce pain. There is nothing to worry about the pain, take IFT+US therapy for 2 weeks or pemf therapy and exercises altogether will help knee joints and muscles around it strong. For more details you can contact me.

Meniscal injury requires all together different set of exercises..and knee arthritis is not only focusing on knee exercises but also strengthening the muscles of the nearby joints.

The X-ray looks good only sometimes your knee muscles imbalance will create this kind of pain you need to get a proper assessment and treatment with a physiotherapist
