Xray shown reduce in space…u go to physio clinic n take treatment like electro therapy & once swelling n pain reduce start exercise according by your doc..video calling Physiotherapy not possible in your case..
Only exercises and dry needling wont help, you need to go with electrotherapy to reduce pain.
There is nothing to worry about the pain, take IFT+US therapy for 2 weeks or pemf therapy and exercises altogether will help knee joints and muscles around it strong.
For more details you can contact me.
Meniscal injury requires all together different set of exercises..and knee arthritis is not only focusing on knee exercises but also strengthening the muscles of the nearby joints.
Greetings from Elysian physiotherapy clinic,
x-ray shows near normal, but joint space has decreased a bit. Instead of online consultation, visit a nearby physio and start with electrotherapy follow by strengthening exercises.
Next Steps
Wear knee braces to support healing

The X-ray looks good only sometimes your knee muscles imbalance will create this kind of pain
you need to get a proper assessment and treatment with a physiotherapist
Greetings from Rid of Pain Physiotherapy
U need to consult in person. Because multiple factors are involved like muscle imbalance, alignment fault, restricted movements, hip or ankle problems.
You need to visit physio therapy clinic for pain relief modalities. Along with electro therapy strengthening exercises for knee will help. Diet rich in calcium advised
