Had an arthroscopic surgery done one month before for complete acl tear from femoral side and 80% medial meniscus bucket handle tear. Not able to bend my leg above 90 deg. Still having numbness over the stitches portion and zero sensation over the calf region on the fibula side. No strength in the knee muscles. Able to walk with a stick, but sometimes lose balance. Going through physiotherapy. Please help.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a pain killer for managing pain. But only if it goes over being bearable.
Physiotherapy will be needed to be continued.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
Tab. D3 must 60K once a week for 12 weeks to be chewed.
Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
