Knee injury
Partial ACL teer. Plz read my mri report. My doctor said no surgery required. It is not too bad injury. After some months it heals itself. He allows me to do all activities like run and cycling. I will join police next month. Please give me valuable advice.

(Hot and Cold). Chiropractic physiotherapy Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation.

First of all you have to be take care of knee don't walk much , don't run or avoid stair climbing or else you can wear a support for knee and consult  your nearest and a good physiotherapist

You should consult a physiotherapist for ACL rehabilitation.  You should continue to do the exercises for six months with proper guidance.

Its Grade 1 partial tear, you need to restrict your movements and do only ACl exercises with an expert. No need to go for surgery, through exercises it will heal itself in 4-6 months. Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper treatment.

You need  ACL rehabilitation physiotherapy session please visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for detail exercises or else consult online with physiotherapist on practo app  .
