Knee injury
I was diagnosed with chondromalacia grade 4 two months back...i did physiotherapy for 3 weeks..knee pain was almost gone...i even started with cycling for knee mobility..but after two weeks the pain came again..and i started with physio again...my problem is whether i will be fine in long run...?or the pain will come and go? And can i start with squats for quadriceps strengthning?

Yes u will be fine in the long run. You need to work on strengthening hamstrings quadriceps and most importantly the glut muscles. Also work on core strengthening.
