Kit ia showing negative output

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello dctor, my last periods was 28 August , i have sex with my partner on 12 of August , can i i pregnant, now my periods hace missed 20 days...also i have used praga pregnancy test kit 7 times but got results negative all times, please suggest me am i pregnant or not, if not then why my periods are missed or kit is showing wrong results.
