Hello Doctor, My 2 year old boy started saying words. But 2 words he couldn't speak frequently. Seems like he want to speak but words are not coming out. Some letters he is struggle to get. Do i have to worry or do i have to take him to ENT. At what age kids can speak frequently atleast 2 3 words. Please suggest. Thanks!!

Hi, More detailed history required. Children at 2 years speak 2-3 words sentences. You can wait for few more months. Does he respond to his name?
