My baby 5years 11 months old now his USG report shown on . *Mesenteric lymph nodes *Borderline splenomegaly *Just prominent right renal pelvis with promonent right renal calyces *Residual urine volume of 17cc with thickened bladder micosa *Right Kidney-7.6x3.1cm & Left Kidney 8.5x3.7CM please explain what i should do
