Kidney cyst,hiatus harnia
Mu husband(34yrs) just diagonosed with hiatus harnia and kidney cyst ,both in mild form,,he was habitual of alcohol previously...but not now...but his smoking habit is continue...he was unable to avoid it...also i want his diet plan...so plz help us regarding his health...thankss...regards surbhi

Kidney cyst is never going to cause any problem. Smoking cessation is a must. Foods to avoid are alcohol, coffee, tea, cola, smoked good, red meat, mint etc. He should have small fibre rich meals at frequent intervals. Avoid fasting and delay in meals. He should not lie down immediately after meals, rather walk for an hour. Obesity if there, should be controlled.
