I can understand your comcern.
The kidney stones could be managed. But im not aure if gall stones will resolve by themselves.
Drink lots of water and avoid vegetables which has lots of seeds in then like tomato.
Also, consult a general surgeon in person for better evaluation and management.
Avoid oily and spicy foods. Eating oily foods will just worsen the gall stone situation.
