Kid having Hot head

My kid 1yr 3 month's having hot head from morning. Yesterday she has drunk juice with ice tubes and also had more than 12 hr bus travel. Temperature is 98.8 f but head is very hot.

Head alone warm is not fever.generally it happens when there is cold or nose block.
