Kid has swelling at left neck(see image)

Hi all, I have a new baby girl of 20days old, weight 3.8kgs now. I have noticed swelling at left side of neck. I have attached images of both sides. Kindly help me with the suggestio to go to correct doctor. It may be a physicial for kids?? Unable to makeout what to do. Plz help suggestion.
