My kid 3 year old compaining stomach ache . He suffered & medicated for seasonal fever . Heavy rainy weather in Chennai causing stomach upsets . What preventive medicine should be taken No fever but no hunger

The cause likely is viral only. But in rains typhoid is also common. I think you should consult a paediatrician and rule out typhoid fever. Thanks
