Hi,
I was prescribed Ketorol 10 mg for toothache by my dentist. I took it for less than 5 days, and it's been over a week since I stopped taking it altogether as the pain had subsided post treatment. However, over the last couple of days, I began to develop some mouth ulcers. Initially, I thought they might be because of the dental instruments as they started developing post my third visit to the dentist, Google told me that mouth ulcers are amongst the side effects of Ketorol. However, what worries me is the more severe side effects listed online, like weight gain, etc. Kindly let me know whether this is just the internet exaggerating or should I be really worried? Thank you.

Side effects or adverse effects appear immediately after taking medicine and as you mentioned you take it for 2-3 days then its not because of tablet there may be some other reason
For ulcers you can do warm saline rinses and apply dologel

Hi for the dose that you have taken there won’t be such severe side effects especially weight gain .. any side effects like rashes or ulcers usually arise immediately with Ketorol.. need not worry
Hi there,
Please refrain from google. Those mouth ulcers could be due to hot food or due to something else.
Ketorol doesn't cause mouth ulcers and no weight gain..
Thank you
Hi,
Please refrain from google. The mouth ulcers is probably due to the Ketorol. Nothing to worry. Avoid hot and spicy food it the ulcers do not subside.
