Hi, My name is Kanchan Sharma , My age is 30 years. I am working girl in reputed corporate sector. I have continuously sitting job in operation. so most of the time i used Laptop. I have an issue in my eyes from last 4-5 days like icching, not clear with specs. if possible do help online to give the solution on this matter.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B. Use antiglare glasses C. Take break after every one hour of work D. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better

Hi, Most likely you have Dry eyes problem. Better you get complete eye checkup done for Refraction. You may need Lubricating drops.
