Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hiv p24 antigen + hiv 1/2 antibody is negative Is there any chances for hiv infectionin this case? This is my girlfriend’s hiv test reault and she has Hepatitis B virus Surface antibody(CMIA)- positive I guess which means she is vaccinated against hepatitis B virus I just want to know is there any risk of hiv infection in this case?
