five month old daughter (exclusive breast feeding ... Im suffering from joints pain like hand elbow lowerback knee heel after my normal delivery...nd hand stiffness in the morning...but im not having swelling in the joints... I had hand stiffness befr my pregnancy thn consulted a neurologist.. He Analysed me with some sort of exercises nd said nothing... But from thn im having hand stiffness...nd im taking eltroxin 50mg for past one year..s this stiffness related to hypothyroidism?? Thn one nutritionist suggested glucosamine tablets from nutrilite amway for joint pain ... Can i take that during breast feeding. .please help...thank you in advance...
