Jock itch & irritation in Vaginal Openin

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have a bad Jock Itch with is mostly irritable at night .The area in the jock reason has become whitish and is very flaky and sensetive. Further the region around my vaginal opening has become itchy and gets swollen due to itch.I also have a frequent whitish discharge which is not very smelly also there is no pain in urination. What can i do to avoid the itch ??
