Are you able to open and close your mouth freely?
Do you have tightness or locking on your jaw? Did you check your tooth for any infection or inflammation? Does your acid reflux problem got resolved completely?
Next Steps
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and dentist first, if that is ruled out then consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.
Does your throat pain increase on swallowing. Or is the jaw hurting on opening or clenching the jaw or moving the jaw sideways.
If the jaw movements are restricted by pain or ache....Try a night guard for involuntary clenching and do manual therapy. Self muscle releases and posture and neck exercises also help.
However if there is pain on swallowing could be a throat infection
