I had jaundice last month latest report says Total biilirubin 1.5 and sgpt 57. what should be my diet as i had to travel a lot throughout country. Although i had stopped eating oily foods and still on boil food what should i eat when i am travelling.

Hello well yes you are Billy Rubin still marginally register for which definitely you should continue avoiding oily food and processed food as much as possible and it's better you avoid chicken and mutton to I would suggest you to go for vegetarian diet and more of vegetables and fruits... thank you
