It is common due to RH incompatibility. But the bilirubin level is not very high. It will settle in few days

Assuming your baby is full term and has no other risk factors, this level of bilirubin is absolutely fine. Monitor hemoglobin and bilirubin level every 6-12 hourly. If continuously increasing trend, get a CBC, reticulocyte count, DAT to confirm Rh isoimmunisation and prepare for exchange transfusion. There is a chart called bilirubin nomogram which tells us doctors at what level of bilirubin, what intervention is to be done. We follow that

Continue phototherapy  and monitor bilirubin levels and should do other tests as jaundice risk can be more in Rh negative setting/incompatibility
