Kindly guide on following I am undergoing Janu bhasti for knee pain at a ayurvedic clinic? I wanted to know wether i can carry out physiotherapy knee exercises simultaneosuly along with janu bhasti.Can i carry out activities like walking?What are the precautions i should take while undergoing this therapy?Thanks

Right now, u avoid such as there needs to be taken rest with ayurveda treatment procedure, onve around 15 days to 1 month after janu basti, gradually all pain settles

Thanks for Trust shown with Ayurveda and acknowledge to the raising Q on right platform. Yeah u can surely plz share ur treating dr as well that u r simultaneously on physiotherapy too just keep it moderately don't choose the higher goals in walk/jogg or physiotherapy

Janu vasti itself doesn't restrict any movement or additional therapy along with, as you refered. If you are comfortable with joint movement may go on normal activity, I would not advise exercise if the pain is there.
