I got fever than I go to blood test as well as lft in that test bilurubin was found by 6 percent as total and 4 percent as direct . I want to know food precautions and diet details .

Probably viral hepatitis. You do not need to restrict your diet. You do need tests to determine the type of hepatitis and severity. Get a CBC, lft, creatinine, Na, K, PT, IgM Anti HAV, IgM Anti HEV, HBsAg and Anti HCV.
