I m 35 f. 3cm adenomyoma in post wall. 3 cm endometriosis cyst in left ovaries. 3.5 in right ovary. 15 day AFC 5-6. AMH 4.46. regular period. No pain or heavy bleed. Doctor suggest me for IVF. IVF possible in my case. After supress Adenomayoma. Please suggest
