Ivf pregnancy with bleeding

I confirmed pregnancy on July 12 and did scan on 29 july found heart beat of baby with a little spotting... doctor adviced for complete bed rest. Today morning I started bleeding heavily so visited doctor again and dey did d scan and said one 7 week baby having heart beat and good and other new sac is formed which is of 4 weeks . Doctor gave one injection and the bleeding stopped to the minimal . Now what is my condition pls someone help m worried
